Default Installing timing chain at 4* advanced

When installing a new chain at 0* you set the #6 at tdc, so when I put the chain on with the crank gear set for 4* advanced, do I rotate the crank so that the 4*+ mark is pointing at the cam mark? or do i rotate the cam to match the crank?
