Well I don't want the tradition exhaust style everyone is going with so I decided on something different, I decided to cut my bumper and have it exit like the SRT-10 Trucks.

That is the style I would want to use, do you guys think the over - axle part would fit if I used a dual outlet muffler coming off the y-pipe? The trucks are almost the same dimension wise and I don't see why I couldn't cut and add or cut and take away piping if I needed to.

Take the pics to a good exhaust shop that specialises in custom work. A good shop should be able to make you a very similar setup that fits properly.

the only problem with that is getting a custom mirror finish exhaust like that will be HUGE money if someone built it for you. Besides you cant beat the quality of an aftermarket ship to your door exhaust compaired to jo-schmo's exhaust shop. Even better than going to the exhaust shop to have them do it is to get the dimensions and angles and every piece of info you need, design it at home, have the shop bend the pipe sections and haul it home. That way you can take your time on the welds and make them look good(more importantly seal good), place your hangers where you want them, and tuck away anything you dont want shown. Most of the time exhaust shops are get em in and get em out with complete disreguard to how things look. It will also be cheeper that way. But for the idea, like I said b4, its awesome. I was thinking about it some more last night and it really seems like a cool cool idea. Another thing to think about, rather than cutting a hole in the bumper, would be to get a roll pan that would look better with a hole cut in it. I just think it looks more factory that way.

Yeah, I am going to think about that and decide how I am going to go about it, as far as the roll pan I am looking into that now.
