Mines built into the box itself, but i was going to put it under the passenger seat. You can pretty easily run the wires under the carpet to the box.

Im running two amps i have a Fosgate 1800 watt two channel under my drivers seat and a pioneer 600 watt 4 ch under my passenger seat, it was incredibly easy to run the wires under the carpet... Whenever you drill your hole in the firewall for your Power wire put something in the whole to smoothe out the edeges i used a rubber fitting that i found laying around, but if the hole cuts the wire down to the cable and it rubs with the truck your looking at some damage to your system... I dont know if you can run them behind your rear seats or not i thought about it but it was just easier to put them under my seats that way they are easy to access.

I had my amp mounted under my rear seat but that doesn't sound like it will work for you since you have your subs there. This worked great for my 400watt amp but with the 1000watt amp I have in there now it got really hot under there so for now I just set it out in the rear floorboard.

eh just take out your back seat. thats what i did for awhile but thats because my old box used to fit in a trunk so i couldnt have my sub in and put the rear seat down. ive been contemplating doing some custom stuff and not ahve a back seat at all. but i would have to incest in even more audio equipment to do it right. and since my 2channel amp just went out on me i dunno what im gonna do. it sucks not having a sub... i miss it!

as far as mountin the amp under the front seats seems to be the most reasonable solution.... however i dunno if the heat issue would be a factor
