want to build a new bumper
i want to build a front bumper like this one

Maybe try calling one of the regular manufacteres of bumers like that
Alien Patrol, Road Armor, and Buckstop come to mind. I don't know if they'll share their specs with you or not, but it's worth a try.

Not to steer this off topic, butthink the real issue here is where we can get Transfer cases that allow us to throw another axel on there and make a 6X6 then I can make fun of the 4X4 guys like the way I use to hear it when I had my rear wheel drive ranger
