my power steering pulley is moving a little bit. could it be the pulley or the pump? it only moves around when the motor is running though.

Try completely removing the belt and start/run the motor.
Then spray some WD40 or some such on each pully ONE AT A TIME and see if any stop making noise. Dowse them good and if you can get in the ends of the units,i.e.alt.etc. do that. Front and back. BUT one at a time only until you hopefully eliminate the offender.

i have sprayed all of them. with all of the sound bouncing around in there, it is hard to say which pulley it is. every pulley that i've sprayed has stopped the noise. i am pretty sure that my power steering may be the culprit. i am even willing to bet that it could be the ac clutch. the hardest part about all of this is finding a parts truck somewhere.

If there is any reddish dust on the A/C clutch or that area, then the clutch is going and probably why it's squealing.
