ok now that i got some time on my hands i can figure out why my low beams arent working..but my high beams work perfectly...now i already checked the fuse...and its just one bulb for low/high ( incase your wonderin) so any ideas..thanks

 

there's also a relay and fuses under the hood in the PDC next to the battery, did you check those as well?

And I know it sounds silly, but are you 100% sure they aren't burnt out?

 

One bulb with 2 filaments inside.
Check for powerand ground at the bulb socket. (test light)
I believe the center terminal is the ground. You should have power on 1 terminal on low and power on the other on high.

 

I just went through the same problem on my 2002 2500. It ended up beingthe multi-function switch on the steering column.
