I have a 99 1500 4x4 318. At about 1/4 tank the truck seems to run out of fuel and won't run with out reving the motor up if I keep it above 1/4 no problem is this the fuel pump and if it is how long before it goes out?

 

Could be the pick up line in the tank or pump either one.

 

sounds like it. mines about to die as well, sputters when it levels off. Drop the tank and do it your self, its gonna run you about 200 bucks.
