Cold air intake system from K&N or AIRADE. Aftermarket exhuast, performance throttle body, performance injectors, fuel pump, spark plugs, ignition upgrade basically. Those are all I can think of n not using any new internal engine parts.

No need to apologize for not searching. This isn't pavementsucks.com...
Offroading will require mud tires, you might get away with all terrains since you said "light offroading" but I wouldn't have them.
If you wanna keep the thing in overdrive going up hills, especially if you're going to be towing or running oversized tires you should look into getting some lower gears.

Cheap things you can do for a few hp...
Muffler
gut the catalytic converter
Change the air intake setup
50mm throttle body
PCM flash

Things you can do for offroad
Suspension lift
Body lift
Bigger tires
lower gears
bigger axels
Skid plates

All good suggestions above. I guess I'm still stuck on the 5.2 wheel drive![sm=jawdrop.gif] I'm jealous!
Oh yeah, I'm in one of those moods![sm=icon_rofl.gif]
