Default Help me Do this?

ok all im kinda new to the dodge rides but i do enjoy getting my hands dirty and i cant seem to leave anything stock... So here ismy question I have a 1998 5.2L with 66000 miles on it.. I just picked up a hypertech programmer for it but i have never used it and would like to get the most ouf of it. I understand i can remove the top speed and rev limiter but where should i set the dhift points for maximum performance??? any help would be great thanks again

yes the miles are low and im the second owner its crazy and in real nice shape inside and out..... so the only good the hypertech does is top speed rev limiter and change octane????? Im currently running 87 should i bump it up will it make a difference?>

hypertech changes the timing curves some, allows change to speed lim, rev lim, tire size. it does not change transmission control in our trucks since its not a fully electronic trans.

93 setting will advance timing a little more, and likely require 92-93 octane to avoid ping. that would give you a little more get up and go.
