So ive seen many pictures on this website where people paint that gray strip of plastic on the front bumber and the one strip that runs the whole way around...well ya know what I mean....all the plastic incorporated into the front bumper. I want to remove it and paint it black....should i sand it, prime it, then like a gloss black? Also will I just have to clip it back in with those plastic clips that hold your interior parts on? Like a snap clip thing? Any help is needed! thanks
