Default Replacing wheels with different lug threads

I have a 95 Ram 1500 and I recently purchased a set of factory rims and tires from a 2004 Ram 1500
The 5 hole patern is the same however the threads on my truck are 1/2 20 and the lug nuts for the
2004 are 9/16 . 18.... My lug nuts are too small for the holes on the new wheels.
Is there a 1/2 in lug with and .18 taper? DO I have any other options? Thanks guys

get some acorn lugnuts. Go to an autoparts store or a place that sells custom wheels

You don't have to replace anything. I used the stock 1/2 in. lugs on mine and have had no problems in the past 4 years. I have had a set of 2003 factory 20s on a 1998, 2000, and currently on a 2001 dodge ram. Good luck. Any questions just ask.
