Well I checked the relay and found the fuse for the fog lights was toast. Change with new fuse and only one of the fog lights turned on. I was looking at the Fog light housing and scratching my head. How does that bulb come out????

 

Found it!!!!!!!!!!!!! I downloaded a manual and sure enough there be the instructions. This sure is a great website.
