check plenum gasket.
a good amount of them will only act up when the truck gets hot/warm because the oil that is stitting in the intake is thicker when cold and when it is heated up, the oil thins out and gets sucked into random cylinders.
it can also set a rich code.

Do compression test, check/change cap + rotor
and check plenum

engine off, remove air box, open throttle plate, using flashlight - look down into intake for oil inside.

DIY info is at top of main 2nd gen Ram page

I had the same problem in my town car. after a shot gun approach and changing the module, idle control valve, map sensor. Finally I gave up and paid a shop to fix it. It turned out to be the throttle position switch.
Good luck.
