Default Exhaust Headers

If I decide to put headers into my 01 ram will I have to mess with the sensors in the exhaust system?

most aftermarket headers have a bunghole (hehe) already in them if it's needed for O2 sensors. Headers are usually called a "bolt on" part, though they can be a bit more than that due to rusting on the old manifolds.
