Fastman Install
Just got back from installing my Fastman 52mm TB. Holy S*** what a difference. I had installed a K&N FIPK a week ago and that made a decent increase on the high end, but nothing compared to the TB swap. Crisp throttle response and I can feel more power from the motor. To top it all off my truck wasn't shifting out of first gear at WOT but now it will, not real sure how that happend but i'm not complaining. Actually, if anyone can shed some light on why that fixed my first gear shift at WOT i'd appriciate it. Glad I took everyones advice on the Fastman TB.

TV cable adjustment. The cable was probably out of adjustment and once you re-installed your throttle body it shifted and now is allowing for shifting at WOT. At least that's my guess on the change in shifting from before to now.

I had already been messing with the TV cable adjustment prior to the fastman install. (thanks for the link by the way) When I did the install I left the TV cable alone execpt to unhook it from the old TB, so no adjustments were made today.
