new hinge pins worse than old ones

so i buy new hinge pins and bushings and after i install them the bushing slips out of its hole and cracks off. now my door doesnt shut right just in time for winter ffffffffffffff this. anyone buy hinges from the dealer? lemme no[:@][:@][:@][:@]
