What are some favorite things you guys love about your RAMS???
i personally love the style of my 96 i think it has the best lines out of any truck i have seen not one part of this truck that i dont like
I love being able to change the oil and not have to jack up the vehicle anymore. And you just have to love being able to look down into cars and see what that cute girl is really doing.
Where I work, the gate guards know when I am approaching, as they can hear my truck from almost one mile away. That 3" exhaust through the converter and out makes my presence known
I like the cup holders. I know it's what a lot of people say is the best part but I really do like them quite a bit. I like the looks of the truck also. The other thing I love is the sound of it with a Flowmaster. Most of the other stuff I love I've added.
There are also quite a few things I don't like about this truck though as it seems like the Rams have a lot of issues.

I love the 4wd, looks, sound, interior... I cant say I like the cupholders...
Every truck has issues... rams just find their way driven by some complete dumbasses that make the issues seem worse. Dodges have lots less issues than every ford ive experienced.

I've just gotten to the point where I've had transmission issues, rear end issues, and dash issues. Those are my main things I've had that I can remember. The clip from the LSD came off and the the anchor fell out out of the transmission and had to be put back in. It seems like every issue I have I post online and a whole bunch of others have had it. I also had to do axle seals in the front not long ago but I guess thats just normal. My older 96 Honda has 220k miles and seems to be more reliable than my Dodge has been since I've had it. I got the Dodge with 53k or something and you could tell it had been babied as it was one tiny rock chip on it then other than that not a scratch I could find. The whole truck was perfect so you can tell the guy before me treated it well. I've just had one problem after another since I've owned it. Seems like I'm working on it all the time.
I think I may look at a Ford next but I'm sure they have their issues too. I know my friends with Chevy's sure do.

I see waht your saying, so many things just arnt engineered well in alot of newer vehicles...
That goes american and foreign, I highly doubt you will have better luck with a ford, or say a toyota truck. Everything is mass produced and there will be defects... Automakers really dont seem to care much about how reliable the vehicles are, becasue most people get rid of them at around 50k miles.
I cant really complain with my truck, almost 100k and its had a couple issues... water pump... I could pretty much call it, ive had to replaced plenty on these motors... bad design.
and a wheel bearing... that goes with a cheap design and being 4wd.
Only other truck I would of considered would be a chevy.
