Default Noise coming from front end

Hey all im running a 98 dodge 4x4 1500 ext cab with 35s and a 4.5” tuff country lift. My tires normally rub when I turn really sharp. However, within the last couple days I have noticed a odd sound coming from the front end (can’t localize where) that sounds like a soft tire rub when I make a gentle turn while going 20-30 ish. Any ideas? I replaced one U-joint earlier in the year but that presented with a completely different sound (typical squeaking noise). It sounds like waub waub waub…., never occurs while driving in a straight line and is worse when I am breaking into a turn. The lug nuts are tight and I cant see any gross abnormalities in suspension function.

Wheel bearing? If you can jack that tire off the ground and see if you can wooble it side to side.
