Probably a dumb question but Im gonna be doing a 3 inch lift on my truck in the next month here, do I change the shock in the front of my truck and back or just the front ones, and if so just the front ones which ones in front?

your going to have to buy shocks that are made for 3 inch lift.. all the shocks.. both front and both rear.. and yes that was a dumb question... but its ok

well then why the hell is it that when you buy a 3 inch lift kit from various manufacturers they only give you 2 shocks?

be lucky you get 2 some are sold seperate... plus they make more money off of you...

I've heard of people getting by with stock shocks but it really sounds like you need extended ones. I'd just buy a nice set of shocks to put all the way around. Mine has them in front and rear.
