Default anybody fit this before?

k so i have 285/75/16's rite now nd they rubbed at full lock before i put the 2" level kit on there nd now they dont rub at all, now my question is im getting new rims/tires for the winter and i was thinking of getting 315/75/16's.. im still going to only have the level kit nd thats it for lift but im giong to get a rim with atleast 4.5" backspacing (4 preferibly). u think ill be able to fit them without any rubbing on the susp. arms? i dont care if i gotta cut a little of the bumper but just dont wanna hear ding ding ding when i need to turn all the way. nd also with the negative offset rims and 315mm wide tires are they going to be sticking out a whole lot? just tryin to get some opinions from the eperts before i go talk to the idiots at the tire store.. o nd also im not giong to be getting like interco tsl's with 2" ***** stickin out the sides if that matters, i was thinking either bfg a/t's again or maybe traxus sts'..

Default RE: anybody fit this before?

When I had just the leveling kit on my truck, I tried to fit some 35x12.50's for ****s and giggles. I had them mounted to some rock crawler type rims with 3.5" BS for my Jeep and threw them on the Dodge. They rode fine when the suspension wasn't flexing, however if I went over a curb or anything while the the wheels were turned they rubbed the crap out of my fenders. Granted that you're dealing with metric sizes, the 315 75/16's should come damn near exactly matching the 35x12.50's I tried.
