california hell... i aint gettin out to 'assist' no dog thats been hit by my car or anyone elses... only thing im gonna do is back up and hit it again just to put it outta its misery.. i made that mistake once.. bout got my leg tore off.. had to go have shots and stitches and all that crap.. people say its inhumane.. hell with that.. i aint messin with no dog thats so confused and in shock it dont know whats goin on other than its hurting like hell.. and dying.. and this big monster of a truck did it.. nooooo way.. put it out and go on your way

I know in California, im not sure about other states, if you hit certain animals [as far as I know dogs/cats, possibly others] you have to pull over and assist them if there injured. Now as I say that, im not a tree hugger, dont get me wrong, i'd hit the cats before I wrecked my baby truck, just a heads up though if you do happen to hit and run, and a cop catches you its a pricey fine.

wow, great news guys!!! hood wont close cuz frames bent [:@], after i finally get my new fiberglass hood on it wont lock completely cuz the bottom fastener isnt in alighnment anymore. Good thing i love workin on trucks

I accidentally hit a little fawn one time on the mountain, still had its spots, and it's head was probably bumper height. Well, I got on the brakes, looked back, and it was floppin' all over, so I did the humane thing, I backed up, put it out of its misery, and then tossed it off the side of the road. The messed up thing is I drive that road all the time, and for weeks, the other two fawns and their mom wouldn't really leave the spot... kind of F*d up, but it shouldn't have run in fron of me.
