Hello everyone...

I just bought my first truck- a '99 Ram 1500 Sport 4x4 5.9L reg cab short bed w/ automatic trans.

Reading through the manual and service guide- it never appears to clearly say which axles came with which model.

If anyone can tell me what Front and Rear axles I have, and what type of fluideach takes, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You got a Chrystler 9.25 in the rear and a Dana 44 in the front.

Bother take 80w90 gear oil
