Default Engine Stall?

This has come up recently, 3 times now, in the last month and a half.

First time im at a red light, I ease on the gas as it turns green I go nowhere, so I push a bit more, it picks up slowly, then jumps a bit.

Second time was a repeat of the first.

Then the third time, again waiting at a red light, I ease on gas, I go nowhere. I push a bit harder, still sitting there, people behind me are waiting. I ease down on it hoping it'll eventually pick up, the gas peddle is now touching the floor, can no longer push any further, still sitting thereas im crusing at2 mile an hour from it naturally moving on its own in drive. I let my foot off the gas completely, then try to ease in again, about half way pushing down, it jumps off like I was running from my mom while she chases me with a belt.

Note, all 3 times I was at a complete stop, just sitting there with foot on break waiting for light to change. This has happened 3 times over the last month, month and half. And I could feel the engine "rumbling" of some sort, and noticed all three times that the RPM dropped a bit, and was bouncing around a 100 - 300 difference. [I dont recall what level the RPM was basing at, definately lower then it should though while running at a red light]

It was also the first time I started the car oneach day, leaving my home. I usually let the engine warm up 30 - 45 seconds. WhetherI took off as Isoon as I started it, or let it warm up for 5 minutes, this shouldnt happen whether its a used or brand new car for not letting it warm up longer, right?

Again, still learning about trucks, didnt want to take it into the dealership and have them charge me something ridiculous when it could be a simple fix.
