Alright..... I have a 95 1500 Std cab w/ 5.9
No modifications have been done what so ever that i am aware of so im looking to add a lil bit to the mix. Im looking for some decent noticeable mods(i.e. coil, wires, distributor, msd??, locker, gears, throttle body or spacer, spark plugs ect.) Lmk what you guys think pros > cons if possible. Im mechanically incline but dont have much knowledge in things such as ignition set ups and how it improves. Im setting up just for street but want to get on it and go if i want to. This is not a daily driver by far so looking to have something to brag about on the weekends. I want to get all the performance mods done possible before i get it painted. Ive added a roll pan and front bumper cover, primed the hood, fenders, roof, and tailgate to subside the surface rust thats always known with these trucks. LMK! Thanks!

8.5mm wires perfer MSD , coil msd direct replacement #8228 or im upgrading to a 8207 but there be some cutting the coil wire , msd box6a , CAI (or like most using 14x3 open elem. search:FIPK no more , fastman TB , headers , highflowcat , flowmaster , gears ? how big of a tire are you going with ? 4.11 good all around 4.56 for the TQ , roller rocker 1.7 ratio , 180 tstat , spark plugs people like to run a cooler plug 3923 autolites but for my 96 and i think your 95 runs 3924 still a cooler plug , TB spacers no good . since you have a 95 with a ODB I limited what you can do there , search ebay sometimes you can find a mopar performance PCM for your truck sometimes you can find hypertech PTM (power tunning module) #951400 ..anything else ?

 

wow thanks! yea i forgot to say im running with no cat, flowmaster single in dual out, 2.5 piping w/ tips. But thats only a little typical mod. has nice rumble to it. Ive never driven it without duals so dont know if it helps the performance side of things- pretty sure it helps it breath better. im not sure what size tires but i know i want to run probably 20' wheels. Its 2wd so i like the stance when they are lowered and clean and simple. I would like to lock it up too. If i do roller rockers i need new push rods and cam too right? what brand do u rec?

 

also does anyone know of any injectors if available?
