What exactly are you wanting to fix? For instance, you don't need injectorO rings just to fix the plenum, because you don't need to pull the fuel rail when you fix the plenum.

I'd suggest you add 2 cans of Mopar Combustion Chamber Cleaner or seafoam to get the carbon deposits out from the currently leaking plenum after you change it, aTB gasket, a t-stat gasket, Locktite for the plenum pan bolts if it isn't includes (IIRC, the hughes kit I bought had some), RTV for the coolant system (around the t stat gasket), High temp RTV (a dab of it helps keep the small rubber intake gaskets in the front and back of the lifter valley in place), an oil filter, some dielectric grease for the spark plug ends, some anti-seize for the spark plug threads, wires, distributor, a file to take the "front" tab off the tstat housing, masking tape, a sharpie, some zip ties, maybe some radiator flush.

Just a few suggestions

if you're pulling the heads, and you've got a lot of miles and years, i'd replace water pump, timing chain, and front seal. if you've got any leaks, do the oil pan too. while you got the oil pan off, replace oil pump. while its off, it you have any leak around the rear, replace the rear seal... my god where to stop... course, now you need oil pan gasket. did you get valve cover gaskets, pcv, both new rubbber grommets in valve covers. with the shroud and fan off the front, you can stand inside the engine bay and it makes it a lot easier to work on. good luck.

Im fixing:
Leaking plenum and I also have a intermittent miss and alot of pinging and in general crappy performance.
Gonna pull the fuel rail and clean the injectors while I have everything off, thats why I got the o rings.
All the gaskets needed are included in the head gasket kit.
Got plenty of rtv and locktite, and anti sieze, although I will check stock, Thanks.
Oil filter! Good one, too obvious I guess.
Wires, cap, rotor, ect are all new within 6 months and the water pump has <20k on it.
No leaks anywhere, exept the internal one.
Tab on rad inlet was already removed.
Thanks for the link, I dont think I am gonna go that far though, this is my daily driver and I need to get it running correct ASAP.
Thanks, you guys gave me a couple of good ideas.
Let me know if theres anything else.
