If your CC was plugged (or any other exhaust blockage) it could effect any or all cyl. I'm not saying that that IS your problem, only that a clogged exhaust will mess with your combustion. Some cylindars may run hotter than others and those may be noticed 1st.
Don't make any assumptions though until you test more. Like you mentioned, pull the plugs, inspect the wires closely (with a meter) check compression, etc. BTW, if you have a vac gauge/tester, you can check your exhaust with that.

I will get the Cat checked, but I still don't think it is the problem. I could understand if it was just one cylinder but not 3 cylinders on both sides of the block. Any other ideas that would cause this?
Wow, you come here with a problem and want to argue with people who give an answer. *NOT* a way to win people over on a forum, and I'm a member of two automotive forums.

#1) Get a clue.
#2) I rebuilt my engine fromt the block UP. Chances are I've seen many of the problems people post about here because of issue I encountered when the engine was back in the truck. Wanna know something? A cylinder misfire (#5, #6, and #8) that was occuring before I rebuilt the engine appeared within the first day of driving. I also noticed a lack of power that was getting worse. So, based on advice from this forum, I had my cat pressure tested and guess what? It was CLOGGED. One new 3" exhaust system later and my truck runs like a raped ape and has been doing so for the last 25K miles I put on it in the 12 months since I finished the rebuild.

However, since you want to argue, please enlighten me

ALright dude, first of all I was not arquing simplily debating. Apparently you don't know the difference between Debates and Arguements! You want to talk about me getting a clue? You first said my Spark Plug wires were not installed properly and last time I checked the Engine won't run right from the GET GO not 6 months later.I have not noticed ANY powerloss before the all of a sudden misfires, and have not been losing anymore power since that which makes me not belive my Cat is clogged. But I did say thatI was going to go get my Cat checked out this weekend to make sure it isn't clogged. I am a member of 2 auto forums, 2 quad forums and trust me my friend i know more about cars then you think I do.

Now you don't have to help me, but if you do want to help me be prepared for me to ask for reasons or debate something.People can learn from debates because reasons are given for why somethinghappens unlike aflat out arquement. I am no "master mechanic" but I have worked for 2 different VW+AUDI dealerships, BMW dealership (I will call myself aBMWE30 MASTER)and attended a apperentice school for Mechanics in germany (Ausbildung) and also attended WyoTech. I am no dummy when it comes to cars, so please just help another mechanic out.

I am defintely know more about European cars than I do American, but I am no NOOB so please don't treat me like one.
