Default Differential: Easier to Rebuild or

Alright, first off I have no experience with differentials other than having serviced a few.

Here's my problem: I'm missing a little clip on the side of my clutch packs and I don't like it. Found it when I was changing out the fluid, and when you spin my tires by hand they both turn the same way. Damn. It's an 01 Off-Road so that means 9.25 with 4.10's and LSD.

So, what's my best choice of these?

A. Rebuild the thing with factory stock parts from the dealer, or somewhere else. (Where?)
B. Replace the entire stock unit, gears and all.
C. Upgrade to the ______, it kicks ***!
D. Other.

I do about 95% on-road driving, but do like to take it in the woods sometimes. I'm going to be putting 35's and a 5inch Rough Country on soon, so I think I'd need to upgrade, and I have an $800-1000 budget, but I'm also on a time-hack. Help!

The bolt is simply for reference of size, it's from the cover.Name: IMG_1274.jpg

Did you mess up the gears? If you didn't you could just rebuild the clutch pack I think they are somwhere around 60$. It would be cool to put in a locker. I'm currently looking at putting in a powetrax. They run about 400$and the install is extremly easy.

I watched as my buddy spun the tire and everything I could see (ring, pinion, spiders) all looked good from a quick look-over. I'd say it's fine right nowbut working it's way to bad.
