Man one of my buddies named Garisson Joslin that is the owner of F.A.S.T (fast *** street trucks) let me drive his truck today.
It was a 2005 Joe Gibbs Silverado with 4:10's and alot more performance parts! Wow what a freakin beast! lol but i would still choose

I do like the music, some nice trucks but I will race that guy with my Indy Ram 3.9 liter and smoke him.

 

I was watching the show 'Trucks' on Spike TV a couple sundays ago and they did a special on modern muscle trucks. Chevy built that Joe Gibbs model for one reason, torun withthe Ford Lightning. The Joe Gibbs is no SRT10 but its a damn fast factory truck. Its got a roots supercharger putting out 390hp with 425lb/ft of torque. I think 0-60 was around 5.9 seconds with a sub 14 quarter mile. It'd still rather have my Dodge though.

 

lol, all muscle trucks are new. There was never any muscle truck during the muscle car days. The only ones that could be classified as muscle trucks were the 454 rc sb chevy trucks (very rare in factory form) and the 79 little red express (as far as I remember it was the fastest vehicle in 79 lol)

Hes not technically in F.A.S.T but yeah i can beat him easily its just a 4.3 Vortec. Anyways theres only 6 people in the group that would be Me, The Joe Gibbs Truck, The 07 Silverado, The Pewter Chevy witht the bondo on it, the Z71, and the regency. 2 of those trucks are out of commission. Which is the Pewter truck cause it was totaled and the 07 Silverado (The fastest one) was tooken away by his grandma cause she was the primary owner and said he was abusing it. The only reason she was the primary owner was that he wanted a good interest rate on buying the truck. The 07 Silverado as far as i know had, K&N Cold Air, Headers, Custom Borla Exhaust, 120 shot of NOS, Custom Flash, Ls1 Cam and rockers, (on top of stock electric fans and aluminum heads)and some other stuff he dont tell. He made a 8.0 pass in the 1/8th on the bottle and 1/4 in 13.8. He was fast but notnow.... The gibbs with the supercharger on it had a 11.7 pass in the 1/4 after blowing it up he now runs 14.8 I will be faster!~~!!!!
