Damnit, I would be in that race too but I decided to get the truck repainted instead. Atleast I can know alittle bit more about them from you guys.

to avoid highway 'drone' noise in the speed range of 55 to 75 mph
keep the tailpipe from muffler to open end
either shorter than 55 inches'
or longer than 75 inches

or buy a muffler with a 'helmholz resonator' chamber built inside
or put a 'resonator' midway in the last section of tailpipe

Well 20DodgeNeon00 my edge on the race is slowely slipping away. Yesterday I found out that the muffler I ordered is on backorder until the 21st. Today I called about my headers and was told they were on backorder until the 14th. Tis the season! lol

Ohhh no! Man that fckin blows! Well don't worry too much. I think it's going to be a tie. I mean I won't have them bought till x-mas. And then it takes about 2 weeks for them to get here. And then it's probably going to take me another 2 weeks to have money to get them installed, so prob. won't have them into until early-mid janurary!
