Default Help me Decide on Wheels and put me in the Right Direction on Headers

Okay, so for Christmas I'm probably going to be getting some new wheels. I'm going to be getting some 16x10's in either black/machined, chrome, or aluminum alloy. I really think the black/machined would look good with the yellow, so I thought I'd get you guys' opinions on them. Would 16x10's be a good size to get them to stick out a good bit? Also, is there any thing else I should be considering before I order some? Here are some of the one's I've been looking at:

I'd really appreciate everyone's opinion and input on these.

Also, there's been a lot of talk about headers on here lately, and I've always wanted to put headers ona vehicle, so I'm thinking sometime after the first of the year I'm going to go ahead and get some. I don't know too much about what to look for when researching, whether I should go shorties or long tubes and what the benefits would be of each. Also, would headers go good with my true dual setup? What brands would be the best to go with and what other words of advice, when it comes to headers or anything, wouldbegreat. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated so that I can go ahead and start looking them up and getting some prices. Thanks a lot guys and sorry for the relatively long read here.
