Default RE: FITCH FUEL CATALYST

companies making this stuff
have a standard practice of changing names and models
especially after a test proves it does nothing

Fitch is not listed here:

http://www.epa.gov/otaq/consumer/reports.htm

but that is only because EPA has not funded any more mpg device tests in the last few years

also

http://www.popularmechanics.com/auto...s/1802932.html

just like a catalytic converter in an exhaust
something like the Fitch would have to either raise or lower the temperature of the gasoline passing through it if a real chemical reaction were taking place...I doubt it does even that

Ibeleive it was JP magazine that did a test on fuel savers a few months back (I could find the issue if i was really motivated to) and they said off all the devices they tried the Fitch was the only one that made a real improvement if that helps anyones decision

Fox Fader's second link says $177.45 for a 5.2L engine.
