Default my plugs

i just changed my spark plugs, and there were two types of plugs in it :/ autolite platinum and autolites copper. and the plugs smell really bad of gasoline, anybody know why??????

Who did the last tune-up? Maybe a lazy tech didn't change the hard ones, It happens unfortunatly.

Was the engine cold when you changed the plugs? It might just be fuel condensed on the plugs, a normal condition.

i dunno bought the truck from a guy in august and just got too the plugs and, thats how they were :/

like it was mentioned... if you fired up the truck, then shut it down the fuel smell may be normal. your best bet is to put in the autolite 3923's gapped @ .040 with a mopar cap & rotor. did you have a miss or poor running condition?
