Whats the dealio on the tow strap attached to the front axle?

 

hey guys sorry for the delayed reply, thanks for the replies. The tow strap was used that day to tow the truck into my buddies place to troubleshoot my engine.
hometheaterman, the tint is 15%, the truck came with the tint on the back so i'm assuming it's factory (never really looked). I plan on overtinting the back with 5% ontop of the stuff thats on there and then peeling the side ones off and doing just 5% on them. I like em dark

also if anyone wants i can do a writeup on the interior plastic painting too, here's a pic of the job i did with spray paint on my interior.
