I decided to pu this flag up for all those over in Iraq durring the holidays.

I just got some self tapping screws and some of those pipe brakets and drillled is rite to the top of the bed. It holds really good i can even go on the freeway with it on there.

Just make sure it does not fly off, luck would have it there would be some WWII vet behind you that would get out, fold it, and burn it.

Naw its not gunna fly off i have put it up many times with no problems.
And if it flew off and i would get out and burn it myself.

That's awesome. Glad to see someone other than those active in the gov't/military have some pride in this country.

Remember after 9/11 everybody had the stickers on their cars, then after a few months they got all ripped up and torn.. and stayed on the car? I hated that, and leaving flags out in the rain unlit.. there IS a difference between pride and showing off that you can buy a flag from walmart that was made in china.

Good job to you, and keep it up. You should put that picture in your signature.

(You did make sure that was made in the States, no?)

that inspires me and maybe i'll do the same, good idea ,ashamed i didnt think of it, just the little things to remind ppl, i have several friends in the military
