after driving around a cherry picker for a few days i pulled the truck in the drive way, and Merry Christmas "big Red" the truck got a mopar performance air cleaner, looks and sounds awesome. Now going slow, about idel we hear clicking so we know its one of the u-joints but which one, when towing we didnt use the 4 wheel drive so it has to be one of the back 2 help is appreciated.

grab the yoke of the differential and hold it steady and grab the driveshaft and twist back and forth. If there is a lot of movement, thats your one. If it doesnt, go to the front end of the driveshaft and try it there

+1 on above, but also have trans in neutral, e-brake off, level ground, all tension off drive line in order to be able to wiggle the joint. if one is bad in rear drive shaft, i'd replace them both and put in greasable joints.
