Default Rear bubper question

I have to buy a new chrome rear bumper for a 2002 ram 2500. I found a bunch of 3rd generation bumpers for $200 and none for 2nd gen. Will a newer one fit. Where is a good place to find a cheap bumper for this truck. It is my friends truck that i backed into a telephone pole. All the ones i have been finding are over $400.... Any help would be great. Thanks alot.
