Can I change the dash guages out from Imperial to Mertic?

You don't say what year your truck is but generally you can.
Just disassemble the cluster and swap over the gages. Every once and a while we would get a new one at the dealer with the wrong gauge package. Generally an easy fix.

or buy a canadian cluster from ebay/junkyard. caution - mileage will display from the cluster and cannot be changed.

yea they are very easy to change you will have wrong mileage for truck on cluster tho, dont forget that you need day time driving lights not all american vehicles have them
