Iv been giving a lot of thought to how my ballance pipe setup is now, and I dont think its all that effective, for flow or ballancing. The only reason I even have an H pipe is so that I could get out of the shop with a cat on there without it being "in" the exhaust. Im really thinking of getting rid of the stupidly designed H pipe idea and getting an X pipe in there. Any thoughts?

 

i tihnk the X will benefit you much more then the H.. for your race applicion id remove the cat and 02 sim it.. and fab in some cutouts if you dont already have them..having the exhaust wide open when your at the strip is what you want.. and id have the cutouts as close to the header/pipe joint as possible.. exhuast is much like electricity... takes the shortest line beween points A andB...
