dont know on frount spline count but its dana 44. i would be varey hesidnent to put any typ of locker in the frount of a street driven truck.the rear is a dodge 9.25" check out4wheelparts.com auburn gear makes one.
rear axle on 1500 is 9.25 corporate, 31 spline.
front is dana 44, 30 spline.
i also recommend not putting locker in the front of a daily driver street truck.
you can get some bad handling (sliding) on wet or snow or ice.

As far as available "Lockers" for your rear 9.25, there are very limited options. For a full carrier "locker" replacement, only the Detroit Locker is available. For a less exspensive, but not as strong alternative, there are a couple of "lunchbox or Drop in" lockers available like the Powertrax No-slip. Unfortunately, there are no selectable lockers on the market right now for your 9.25, but they are avaialble for the front Dana 44.
Both ARB, and OX lockers are available for the front D44 axle. While exspensive, these are the best options for the front because you can select to turn them "off" and run your truck as an open differential which means the truck drives no different than it does stock while the locker is not engaged. then when needed, turn on the locker to get through the obsticle, and then turn it off again and return to an open diff.
Do not get confused with "limited slip differential, also known as Posi, or Positraction" as the same thing as a "locker". Someone mentioned above that Auburn makes a "locker" for the 9.25, but they do not. They do however make a Limited slip differential which for most "on road" driving and limited "off road" driving would help increase traction. However, limited slip differentials "suck" in true "off road" situations where it is possible to loose traction on one wheel (especially when lifting a tire off the ground). Then the limited slip reacts like an open diff. ad sends it's power to the tire with the least resistence (the one in the air) and you lose momentum.
A true locker is what you asked about and in my opinion the only thing worth spending money on to improve traction (except a flexy suspension). Unfortunately, your choices are very limited for the rear axle, but you have numerous options for the front.
Oh, and the front Dana 44 has 30 spline and is a standard rotation style (the only thing unique is the master install kit which needs to be for a Dodge vacuum disconnect axle) ,and the rear 9.25 has 31 spline.
Good luck!
thanks bill and every one else for the great info the truck is street driven its a daily driver but i do go off road with it and i am tired of that whole thing when one wheel gfet off the grouind it the only one that gets all the power so thank for evey thing
