Default Help, SHAKY RIDE!

Sup Guys, Having some problems here. Any info is welcome and appreciated. Alright Im riding in a '99 Dodge Ram 1500 stock, with around 120,000 miles on her. I was givin the truck from my Dad, and from what I understand he changed the oil and thats about it. I understand there are more than likely there are a few things wrong, but I just need some info on my now problem. It seems that whenI apply my brakes in a hurry (dumbass slams on brakes in front of me for ex.) my truck goes nuts. It shakes like its just as scared as I am. It only does this if like I said, I have to applythe breaks quickly. If you need any more info just ask, and again thnx.

warped rotors, if they are thick enough you can get them turned, small shops still do this
