im lookin for a dual exhaust system with side outs but all the duals i can find online are the cat back rear exits...anybody know who makes the dual side outs?

Get your favorite muffler and take it to a muffler shop. That is what I had to do for my dual side-outs.

Tip: Get a muffler with a 2.5" center inlet and dual outlets...makes it easier.
