Default Piercing screech!! help!

Recently my ram started making this piercing, unbearable screeching noise from the front end.....specifically the left front end, might be in the wheel, i dont know but it is sooooo loud people look at me like my truck is gonna blow when i drive down a quiet street!!! it only does it when im moving, and its pretty continuous, sometimes it gets a little choppy and goes away for a couple seconds or two, but its mostly present. Thanks guys

front brake pads are shot, its just the squeler on the pads hiting the rotor telling you they are done, their just doing their job

On your brake pads there's a thin, metal tab that sticks out just a little bit, perpendicular to the brake rotor. The tab is designed in such a way that when enough brake pad material is worn down, the tab rubs the rotor, alerting you to the fact that the brake pads are worn down and need to be replaced. When the metal tab contacts the rotor, it makes a terrible squealing sound that goes away either when the pads are replaced, the brakes are pressed, or the truck stops moving.
