is there any way to reformat pics to put them on here? Im trying to put some up and it keeps saying files are to big. im kinda computer retarded

I downloaded irfanview and use that to resize all my pictures. it's free.

If you are using XP, then this is a really good MS addin

MS PowerToys ImageResizer

Just right click the image or several images and choose the resizePictures option
