so i only got the 2wd 1500
i want to fill my wheel wells out so whats max size tire can i fit in there without touching the suspension?

 

Probably 245/75R16 or even a 265/65R16

A 245/75 and a 265/65 are about the same height, just that the 265/65's are about 7/8" wider. The aspect ratios are different. The 245 or 265 is the width in millimeters. The /65 or /75 is what % of the width the sidewall height is. So a 265 is 20mm wider than a 245 no matter what.

i have 305/60r18 on my 2000 2wd 1500 and i notice slight rubbing but only when i crank the wheel hard to either side so you should def. be good with the 265's
