anyone with mag V8 building experience
I have a 93 318 magnum (i know GEN 1) that i bored .030 over, eagle bottom end 3.58" (360 stroke), SRP forged pistons, .512 lift cam, 1.7 stud mounted roller rockers, stock heads just ported and polished, M1 intake, 27 psi injestors, and the holley upgrade throttle body. Here is where it gets interesting after i built it got it in the truck and started driving it i noticed it gurggles when under normal driving RPM and when floored it has an internal pop/plunk then runs through the powerband strong all the way to redline then you get out of it and it gurggles down to idle and will idle fine. I just took the heads off to machine down the guides because the cam had to much lift and was bottoming the keepers out into the valve seals does anyone have any idea if that could be my pop/gurggle issue or have any other suggestions.
