Default DODGE 545RFE TRANSMISSION

Greetings, my transmission in my 1998 Ram just went up.
I wanted to know if I could put a 545RFE from a newer Ram in it to get the extra overdrive?

Thank you in advance for your help

It isn't a direct 1:1 bolt up swap if that's what you're hoping for.

With enough money almost anything is possible.
This would not be any easy swap at all. Custom adapters, mounts and electronics would have to be purchased or fabricated.

The 545's final two ratios are less than 1:1, doesn't matter everyone is telling me the swap isn't feasable
