There are also a couple bolts down and to the left of that grommet that work as a ground. Thats what I used for my fog lights.

run power from battery through big rubber grommet on firewall ^, and then under drivers side kick plate to rear. run your rca's and speakers down the passenger side.

Just remember toscuff any paint away from your grounding point, you'll want good contact.

Yup on my truck the power wire is run through the rubber grommet in the firewall and down the drivers side under the carpet to the dist. block which is under the rear seat. Then I have it split out from there. If you pull the trim along the edge which just has screws holding it in all the length of the interior and then pull the kick panel off you can get it under the carpet a little there so it can't be seen.

For the ground I have my amps all grounded on one of the mounting bolts on the seat. It works great.

I have a few spots where you can see wires but not many on my truck. The only reason I have a few spots where you can see them is I'd rather see them than drill holes and you have to be looking to see them. They don't just jump out at you.

For the speaker wires and RCA cables run them down the passenger side. The one thing I had to do which I'm not sure was the best is for the front drivers door I had to cross the speaker wire over the power cable. I made sure both were wrapped really well in electrical tape and both are thick wire with lots of shielding. So far it seems good. I might should have run it along the headliner and down. I'm not sure but either way I had to cross the power wire to get to where I mounted the crossover.
