engin swap

Default engin swap

i have a 95 ram with the v6 and am interested in swappin out to a 360 v8 and was wounderin how much i will have to change to do so. it has the 5 speed tranny and i all ready found out that the tranny will work or at least thats what i was told any info with be vary helpful thank you

Two things to keep in mind with this swap.
1 v6 to v8
2 auto to 5spd (because the 360s have auto trans)

So to tackle the engine swap, harness, fuel rails, pcm, the usuial stuff.
To get the trans to fit, youll need a new pilot bearing. From what I remember about thinking of a 6spd swap thats all that you would need, since you have all the components for the manual in the truck already, maybe a diffrent flywheel too. If you decide to go through with it, make sure to take lots of pictures to help others out that might have the same idea. (speeking selfishly about that pilot bearing )

so am i goin to have to replace the whole harness or just the engin harness
