Fitch update
Ok,
After a week the engine ran a lot smoother. It was like i had really good gas all week. Smooth acceleration, better shift points, smoother idle. As far as gas mileage, no difference. HOWEVER, i put the wrong spark plugs in when i was replacing them at the time of the fitch installand I had pinging all week, plus an EVAP issue because there was a chip off the threads of my gas cap. The gas mileage stayed the same, but I have been doing all city driving since i just moved to a new place. I will need another week to reportmore accurrateresults. I changed the spark plugs from Autolite 3924s to 3923s. I didn't notice the pinging, i just thought it was my fan hitting the radiator shroud...the shroud is in bad shape.
THis week it will have the right spark plugs, and i fixed my evap issue. I got 11 MPG city driving, and i have 24lb/hr injectors. i believe the stock injectors are 19lb/hr. So that isn't bad.
I will post this weeks results on saturday. Still running 92 octane.
