changing gears and lockers

im getting 4.10 gears and a rear diff locker and was wondering if anyone knew anything about all that. i need to know if its gonna be hard for me to do this stuff myself or if i should be able to do it. also i was wondering if i was gonna be able to fit the new gears and the locker in the stock differential casing?
